A sandy loam topsoil certified to BS 3882:2015. A light and pliable high quality organic rich multipurpose topsoil consisting of a blend of sand, silt and clay with peat free soil conditioners. One jumbo bulk bag has an approximate cubic volume of 0.75 m³ and will cover approximately 10-12 m² at a depth of 50 mm.
Description
A sandy loam topsoil certified to BS 3882:2015 which is easy to work with in wet conditions.
Minimal stone content and screened to 20mm
Provides good support for the growth of vegetation
Slowly releases nutrients and oxygen
Can drain excess water whilst retaining enough moisture to sustain plant health during droughts
Sometimes referred to as Blended Loam, Topsoil, General Purpose Soil, Screened Soil or Multi-Purpose Soil
Jumbo bulk bag has an approximate cubic volume of 0.75 m³ and will cover approximately 10-12 m² at a depth of 50 mm
Please note – Recycled green waste and compost is often added to topsoil to improve the nutrient content, however this does mean that occasionally small particles of plastic, wood, stone or glass may be visible
