Delivery Information
UK Mainland Delivery
Normally delivered in 4-5 working days (1-2 days locally in Oxfordshire subject to stock).
When the delivering depot receives you pallet(s), they will call you directly to arrange a delivery day.
The standard delivery service is Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 18.00. Saturday and AM/PM deliveries are available in some areas at additional costs.
We use tail-lift lorry deliveries, these will be to the kerbside.

Delivery Vehicle Information
Please note that the delivery will be with a tail-lift truck, NOT a Hiab vehicle, so it cannot be craned off. All deliveries are made with a tail-lift truck onto a hard surface using a pallet truck.
Due to our offload method, we can only guarantee kerbside delivery, and drivers won’t attempt to place the stone on your driveway in case they cause damage.
Delivery Route Information
The delivery address must have access for a large vehicle. The road must be wide enough, obstacle-free, and have room for a large vehicle to turn. The access road surface must be suitable for HGVs, such as tarmac, block paving, or concrete. Our trucks cannot operate on loose or soft ground.

Delivery Point
Delivery is to a kerbside/property entrance. This must be a level/flat hard surface to allow the pump truck to move and position the delivery pallet/s. The driver will be unable to push or pull the goods up any sort of incline or pull the pallet truck over uneven ground.
The delivery driver will use a manual pup truck to move the pallet, and the surface cannot be gravel or grass.
Time and Date of Delivery
Although we will always try our best to deliver on the agreed date, there are occasions, usually outside of our control, when the delivery is not made, or may be delivered late.
We cannot be held responsible for any resultant costs that you may incur. Please be aware of this, particularly when arranging for your landscaper or building contractor to start before you have received and checked the goods delivered.
Signature Required
You will need to visually inspect the goods when they arrive. If there is obvious damage or breakage, you can refuse to accept it.
If you are happy with the delivery, a signature is required.
Please check all the products on your pallet(s) within 72 hours of delivery in line with our pallet delivery checklist sent on order, and notify us of any damages within this period.
Weight of Goods - Nationwide Delivery
Nationwide delivery is per 1000kg pallet; prices will increase when the products in the cart increase to 2, 3, or 4 pallets, up to a maximum weight of 10,000kg. For large orders over 10,000 kg, alternative delivery methods can be arranged. Please call 01865 300252 to discuss any delivery requirements or to seek clarification.
Nationwide orders are subject to a minimum materials value of £110. You cannot check out with a lower value. Nationwide deliveries start from £60 per pallet to £228 per pallet, depending on the delivery postcode.
Local Delivery Only Products
Certain products are local delivery only, and these are stated at the top of the product page. Prices are per 9-tonne (9000kg) truck load.

Returns
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders may be cancelled at any time for any reason before the delivery has been dispatched, and in this case, a full refund will be made.
*Orders may be cancelled within 14 days after delivery. The products must be unused and in the original packaging as delivered. Upon receipt, we will refund, minus a 25% restocking fee on products and a collection charge equal to your original delivery charge. If you refuse a delivery without prior warning or if the delivery doesn’t have any defects, we will consider this as a return, we will arrange the courier service to return the order to us, and we will refund you for the products, minus a 25% restocking fee and for any return collection charges; this will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Information
We also offer a click and collect service from our headquarters in Witney, just 12 miles outside of Oxford. Our customers are always welcome to come to our showroom and see our range of paving and other products.
