UK Mainland Delivery
Normally delivered in 7-10 working days (1-2 days locally in Oxfordshire subject to stock).
When the delivering depot receives you pallet(s), they will call you directly to arrange a delivery day.
The standard delivery service is Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 18.00. Saturday and AM/PM deliveries are available in some areas at additional costs.
We use tail-lift lorry deliveries, these will be to the kerbside.

Certain products are local delivery only and these are stated at the top of the product page. Prices are per 9 tonne (9000kg) truck load.

Nationwide delivery is per 1000kg pallet, prices will increase when the products in the cart increases to 2, 3, 4 pallets up to a max weight of 10,000kg.
Nationwide orders are subject to a minimum materials value of £110, You cannot checkout with a lower value.
Nationwide deliveries start from £60 per pallet to £228 per pallet depending on the delivery postcode.
Please check all the products on your pallet(s) within 72 hours of delivery in line with our pallet delivery checklist sent on order and notify us of any damages within this period.
Although we will always try our best to deliver on the agreed date, there are occasions, usually outside of our control, when the delivery is not made, or may be delivered late. We cannot be held responsible for any resultant costs that you may incur. Please be aware of this particularly when arranging for your landscaper or building contractor to start before you have received and checked the goods delivered.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders may be cancelled at any time for any reason before the delivery has been dispatched, and in this case a full refund will be made.
*Orders maybe cancelled within 14 days after the delivery. The products must be unused and in the original packaging as delivered. Upon receipt, we will refund, minus a 25% restocking fee on products and a collection charge equal to your original delivery charge. If you refuse a delivery without prior warning or if the delivery doesn’t have any defects, we will consider this as a return, we will arrange the courier service to return the order to us and we will refund you for the products, minus a 25% restocking fee and for any return collection charges, this will be deducted from your refund.
