Modern Textured garden paving boasts a stippled modern textured surface and squared edges, creating a contemporary appearance when used.
Modern textured paving is manufactured in two sizes (600 x 600 & 600 x 300 mm) and is both practical and durable, offering a degree of slip resistance which makes it the ideal paving for utility areas, shed bases or any spaces where functional paving may be ideal.

  • Deliveries outside our local delivery zone (Oxfordshire) are kerb side only by tail-lift truck (NOT a Hiab/crane) and will be offloaded with a pallet truck. Please Note: The driver cannot place pallets on soft, uneven, gravel or sloping surfaces.
  • The delivery address and access route must accommodate a large HGV with room to turn and a hard surface (tarmac, block paving or concrete); otherwise, additional charges may apply.
  • Items MUST be visually inspect on arrival and notify us of any damage within 72 hours.
  • Please note that cancellations within 14 days after delivery require the products to be unused in original packaging and refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any collection charge.

  • Local Deliveries (Oxfordshire): are normally made in 1–2 working days, subject to stock
  • UK Mainland Deliveries: are normally made in 4–5 working days, subject to stock.
  • Standard deliveries are Monday–Friday between 08:00 and 18:00; the depot will call to arrange a delivery day, and Saturday or AM/PM slots are available in some areas for an extra cost.
  • Nationwide delivery is priced per 1000kg pallet (typically £60–£228 depending on postcode) and requires a minimum order value of £110. Orders over 10,000kg should be arranged directly by calling our team.

Modern Textured is the perfect paving stone for contemporary paving projects, these stippled finish garden paving slabs are manufactured in two sizes and are available in two tones; Buff, which is a yellowish Cotswold colour, as well as a dark grey.
All variations come in a thickness of approximately 35mm, allowing you to choose your garden paving slabs in a shade that best suits the style of your garden.

Our traditionally manufactured concrete paving is handmade in Standlake, Oxfordshire, using a blend of crushed limestone aggregates, cement, pigments, and reinforced with polypropylene fibres for increased strength and durability.
This traditional process of mould casting manufacture has been honed and crafted for 40 years plus. All our manufactured products are frost resistant and are ideal for the UK climate
