• Deliveries outside our local delivery zone (Oxfordshire) are kerb side only by tail-lift truck (NOT a Hiab/crane) and will be offloaded with a pallet truck. Please Note: The driver cannot place pallets on soft, uneven, gravel or sloping surfaces.
• The delivery address and access route must accommodate a large HGV with room to turn and a hard surface (tarmac, block paving or concrete); otherwise, additional charges may apply.
• Items MUST be visually inspect on arrival and notify us of any damage within 72 hours.
• Please note that cancellations within 14 days after delivery require the products to be unused in original packaging and refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any collection charge.

• Local Deliveries (Oxfordshire): are normally made in 1–2 working days, subject to stock
• UK Mainland Deliveries: are normally made in 4–5 working days, subject to stock.
• Standard deliveries are Monday–Friday between 08:00 and 18:00; the depot will call to arrange a delivery day, and Saturday or AM/PM slots are available in some areas for an extra cost.
• Nationwide delivery is priced per 1000kg pallet (typically £60–£228 depending on postcode) and requires a minimum order value of £110. Orders over 10,000kg should be arranged directly by calling our team.
