Local Shingle is a Cotswold Buff colour. It is a very popular general purpose shingle ideal for a multitude of uses including pathways, drives and decorative garden borders. It can also be used for drainage in conjunction with other products that we stock: laying around flexible land drainage wrapped in a non-woven geotextile. Our smaller 10mm Local Shingle should be used when bedding underground drainage pipe.
Coverage
- A jumbo bulk bag will cover approximately 10-12m² at a depth of 50mm.
- A half jumbo bulk bag will cover approximately 5-6m² at a depth of 50mm.
- You’ll need approximately three handy bags to cover 1m² at a depth of 50mm
