Minster Paving are proud to serve the area of Banbury Town, Oxfordshire. We are pleased to say that we cover all of Oxfordshire, and that we also provide services in other areas in and around Oxford, such as Witney, Bicester, and Abingdon.
Roughly 20 miles north of Oxford and 35 miles south of Birmingham, Banbury is one of the major towns in Oxfordshire. It is a bustling market town situated on the River Cherwell with over 41,000 inhabitants. Its surroundings are mainly rural, but it is a town that has superb transport links via the M40 motorway, providing good access to the Midlands and to Central London.
Attractions in Banbury include the famous Banbury Cross. The current cross was erected to celebrate Queen Victoria’s daughter’s wedding in 1859. There is also a free museum housing some interesting artefacts for tourists and history enthusiasts.
As with many towns in Oxfordshire, Banbury is a huge centre for retail and business activity, with a focus on producing car components, electrical goods, and food processing – including housing a massive factory for Kraft foods, which is a major employer in the area.
Minster Paving are excited to be able to provide services to Banbury and the rest of Oxfordshire.
